OK, that's it...
I am going back to my workout tomorrow.
Not only is it good for my health, and keeping slim and trim, my chiro says I need to workout because I have an athlete’s body. Neglecting it has caused my entire body to ache like a mo’ fo. Quite literally, from head to foot, I am in pain.
Ugh. Got to do it, because it is medicine to make me feel better. And it’s free.

Can you invite other tumblrs to join without knowing their e-mail address?
How does it work? Do you have to sign in to it every time you want to post to it?
Does every post you want to publish have to be verified by the administrator (i.e. if I opened one myself, would I have to okay all the posts?)

i can get to NJ from barcelona for the same price as the flight from madrid! sweeet……hopefully the offer doesn’t change at anytime this morning….aieeee…14 hours of journeying though = ouch somewhat!
Some Websites will allow you to “hold” a flight for 24 hours or so until you can decide if you want the flight or not. You should give that a try.
Stupidity knows no bounds
I just walked prolly 2-3 miles in downtown SLO for a photo scavenger hunt, knowing I strained something in my foot Tuesday. Worst bit was I chose to wear unlaced Chucks, which is how I injured my foot in the first place. Once we finished the hunt, I headed over to my chiropractor’s office further away from my apartment to have him adjust my back and look at my foot.

OK, seriously, now I am getting really sad about the Cardinals ending their run. Either it didn’t really sink in before, or I was sort of thinking maybe they would resurrect later in some form (then they would have to call themselves The Phoenixes…heh) but now I’m getting a little sad.
I am thankful that I got to see them last year, and I am eternally grateful for all the Cards...

On a similar note, I had a revelation about the Kings’ latest album while I was driving to a friend’s house today. This album sounds a little like U2, if they were Southern. Heavy bass, distant guitars, passionate yelping singer. Some of their songs line up with some of the stuff off Joshua Tree....

Took the day off. I was contemplating going to Santa Barbara, but I think I’m going to save that for Saturday. Today is for finishing my new year letter to send out to supporters, and going to Target, of all places.
