When I got home last night, I finished off what was left of the Pizza I ordered a few days ago, which means there’s no more shit food left in my house. 

That means today is the day to get back on the wagon I fell off of back in November. Eat healthy, exercise at least 4 times per week and  cut back on the bourbon. I’d also like to make an effort to sleep better…I’m hoping that working on the other 3 will help that one.

Putting this here in writing so you all can call me out when I decide to sit at home, watch Friday Night Lights and drink two bottles of wine.
